Tim will tell you whatever you want to hear to get the listing, and then disappear. Once he's gone you're left with a company that as far as I can tell does nothing more than collects as many listings as it can and allows them to sit. No customer service. No marketing. No feedback on showings. I repeatedly had to reach out to get any type of feedback on the few showings that I had. They overpriced my house by a significant amount of money. It sat on the market for many months while I racked up hundreds of thousands of dollars in holding fees. It's easily the most expensive mistake I've ever made in my life. When I got on the phone to ask them about lowering the prices Tim actively tried to get me to leave it at the high price, despite knowing that the house would never sell there, and that we were going months at a time without a showing. If you're considering using ll this company, I highly suggest you look at a smaller more boutique firm that actually provides its customers with service, and does the proper research to determine your homes value.
